Assisting shipowners in their choice of vessel for operation in the Leeward Islands. Alwena carries out vessel evaluations to support the customer.
The choice fell on the purchase of the fishing vessel With Nord in Tromdheim, Norway.
Management of the various phases of conversion studies: feasibility studies, basic design studies with a dedicated design office. The aim was to define the impact of the conversion, the jumboization and the addition of the ramp on the vessel, while refining the customer's final requirements. In January, the ship arrives at the waiting quay in Le Havre.
The specifications are refined with the ship's crew.
After defining the specifications according to the shipowner's needs, we visit various shipyards to assess their ability to meet the requirements of this major conversion.
