LNG fueled eco feeders for container market

Design and marketing of a serie of LNG fueled eco-feeders: 1200, 1400 and 3400 Teu container ships, in cooperation with SDARI, China.

Unsuccessful attempt to order the ships directly and put them on charter market same type, and to buy and charter 3 x 4250 Teu container vessels. Roadshow for financing the vessels, the intention being to get substance with 2nd hand tonnage before moving again to new ships.

Project failed due to targeted charterer withdrew in June 2020, despite low market. Market went sky high 6 months later…
